30-Day Refund Guarantee
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, with all accessories included (e.g., charging cable, adapter, user manual). A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Examples include:

Faulty magnetic alignment or weak charging performance

Broken or missing accessories
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we cover all return shipping costs and will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

Used charging accessories that show signs of wear (e.g., cables, adapters)

Items with physical damage caused by misuse, drops, or liquid exposure

Hazardous or altered electronic items
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
If the exchange is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement shipment.
Cooling-Off Period (EU & USA)
European Union
Under EU consumer protection law, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for cancellations or returns, for any reason and without justification. Vesvero goes beyond this requirement and provides a 30-day cooling-off period for all orders shipped within the EU.
Products must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
United States
U.S. law does not provide a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases. However, Vesvero voluntarily provides the same 30-day cooling-off period as in the EU, allowing U.S. customers to return their order for any reason and without justification within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.
